How we support
We provide neurodiversity-informed support focused on wellbeing, confidence, employability and inclusive opportunities.
Wellbeing Support
Our wellbeing support is designed with a neurodiversity-informed approach that creates safe, understanding and empowering spaces for individuals to explore their emotional wellbeing, identity and self-confidence.
Through workshops, group sessions and supportive programmes, we help individuals develop practical tools and strategies to better understand themselves and navigate everyday challenges.
Employability
We provide neurodiversity-informed support that recognises the unique strengths, challenges and experiences of neurodivergent individuals. Rather than focusing on “fitting in”, we focus on building confidence, self-understanding and sustainable pathways into meaningful opportunities.
We believe employability support should feel supportive, empowering and understanding — not overwhelming or one-size-fits-all.
Our goal is to help individuals feel seen, valued and capable of thriving in environments that recognise their potential.
Self Awareness
A strengths-based focused on identity, self-belief, emotional regulation and personal growth
Through reflective workshops and strengths-based approaches, we encourage individuals to build self-understanding, self-advocacy and confidence in who they are.
Topics may include:
Understanding your brain
Recognising strengths
Identifying challenges and triggers
Emotional awareness
Communication styles
Self-advocacy skills
Building confidence and identity
Developing personalised coping strategies
Our aim is to help individuals move from self-doubt to self-understanding — empowering people to embrace their differences and recognise their value.
