Driven by both passion and lived understanding, Emma created NeuroKind Careers to provide safe, empowering and neurodiversity-informed support that helps people build confidence, recognise their strengths and access meaningful opportunities.
Emma is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel understood, valued and supported to thrive on their own terms.
SOPHIE DAVIES - Company Secretary
Sophie is the Company Secretary and HR Lead at NeuroKind Careers Ltd, supporting the organisation through administration, people support and day-to-day operations.
